Tractor Foods and Tractor At home capture the freshest flavors of fall in a new seasonal menu debuting October 19

Lovers of fresh, healthy and seasonal products can be satisfied when the new Autumn menu debuts at Tractor Foods Cafés in Vancouver and Victoria and via its Tractor at Home gourmet meal delivery service starting in Wednesday October 19.

Tractor Café’s new menu offers a wealth of fall-inspired comfort foods in the form of hearty sides, market-fresh salads, sumptuous soups and sandwiches, hot bowls and gourmet proteins, including:

  • Market side dishes and saladsLemon Kale, quinoa from the southwest; Curried cauliflower; Kale Caesar; Snow peas and potatoes with mint; Mushroom ditalini; Beet + Pear; and Brussels Sprouts + Apricot;
  • Hot bowlshalf and full Moroccan chicken; Veggie Thai half and full; and turkey chili;
  • SandwichesGrilled chicken; avocado chicken; buffalo tofu; and Maui Beef (Victoria coffee only);
  • SoupsRed Lens + Greens; Fennel Tomato;

A new option on the menu at all Tractor Cafés is the everyday bowl — a reduced version of his signature nourishing bowl which includes greens and/or brown rice and a side of the market plus any added protein. The Everyday Bowl is ideal for those looking for lighter dishes and a more economical meal. The Nourish Bowl includes greens and/or brown rice and two sides of the market plus protein.

The new menu will be available in all eight Tractor’s BC locations: hanging (700 Pender Street West), Marine(335 Burrard Street), Ash (20-601 West Broadway), Robson (547 Robson Street); Olympic Village (1751 Quebec Street), Kitsilano (1903 West 4e avenue), West Vancouver Royal Park Town (748 Main Street) and Victoria (805 Government Street).

Free home delivery of Tractor at Home’s fall menu will be offered throughout the fall starting on Wednesday October 19 to existing service area including Metro Vancouver, North Shore, Richmond, New Westminster, Burnaby and the Tri-Cities.
