The Cup N Saucer restaurant in Sherburn will be changing its offering and will only focus on the dates on the tasting menu. They will expand the range of tasting menus and will also be able to organize private menu tastings at customers’ homes. This would allow the customer to provide only the cooking utensils, decorations and tables and a chef would provide everything else. Seth and Elizabeth Lintelman explained that they can no longer do a tasting menu in the evenings and be open during the day. They can change the last part of October or November.
Watch for announcements. They started the tasting menus in 2013 and demand has exploded with people coming from all over the country to Sherburn. They will still be in Sherburn and hopefully even stronger.
