Parking | VA Health Care Charleston

0

Free parking is available for all Charleston VAMC patients. Parking at the main facility is limited. Cars are tightly packed, so be careful when entering or exiting.

Veterans and guests can also park in the surface parking lot just behind the medical center. You can enter through the western entrance (emergency entrance) of the medical center, where there is convenient access to the emergency room and main patient care areas, including several specialty clinics.

If necessary, have a family member or friend drop you off at your appointment and pick you up afterwards. If you know you will be admitted for an overnight stay, please arrange for someone to drop you off and pick you up when you are ready to go home.

If you cannot find a parking space and do not see a police officer to guide you, please call 843-789-7268 to contact the police. If there is no answer, please call 843-577-5011, then press 0 for the operator. Inform the operator that you need police assistance with parking.
