Why can’t I log in?
There can be a number of reasons why you are unable to log in and access your subscription or account. In most cases, login issues occur due to incorrect login credentials, rather than a problem with your account or subscription.
Why am I being asked to log in again if I have already logged in once?
When you log in, cookies are placed in your browser so that you do not need to log in each time you visit. However, please note that if your browser is configured not to accept third-party cookies or if your browser’s cookies are cleared, or if you switch to another browser or device, you will need to log in again.
Can I try something else assuming the credentials are correct and I have an active subscription?
It may seem strange, but often if you log in and out twice in a row, it will prevent the problem from happening again.
I try to reset my password but I never receive an email. Why?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “I don’t remember your password” link and follow the steps to create a new one. This will only work if you originally logged in with your email address and created a password. If you are using the login feature with Google, Facebook, or Apple, the password reset button will not work because you used a third-party provider to login.
