Sutliyan revolves around a family where adult children return to their ancestral home in Bhopal, the town where they grew up, a few weeks before Diwali. As they meet after years, trying to come to terms with situations they are not in control of but with far-reaching consequences, they are weighed down by the emotional baggage of the past and unresolved conflicts in relationships then. let them go through the difficult but necessary journey of emotion. and spiritual purification.
