Villanova, Pa-SSeveral fan experience improvements and new amenities at Villanova Stadium were announced this week as the first home men’s lacrosse game of the 2022 season is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. this Saturday against Fairfield. The Wildcats will host eight games at Villanova Stadium this season, starting with five in a row: Fairfield (February 26and), Hofstra (5 Marchand), Penn (March 12and), Drexel (March 19and) and Delaware (March 26and). The final three home games of the regular season will be against opponents BIG EAST Denver (April 9and), Providence (April 16and) and Georgetown (April 29and).
Season tickets for the 2022 Lacrosse Home Games are on sale now. Season tickets are on sale for $60 for an adult and $30 for a child (12 and under). A seasonal car park is also on sale, located in lot A2. A season parking pass in A2 is on sale for $100 and tailgating is permitted in the parking lot for all home lacrosse games.

Single match tickets:
Single tickets for all home games are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Villanova students as well as faculty and staff will receive free entry by showing their Wildcard at any door. Fans can buy tickets for a game online or by calling the Villanova box office at 610-519-4100.

Groups of 20 or more planning to attend a home game inside Villanova Stadium can qualify for a discounted rate of $5 per ticket. Group tickets can be purchased online or by calling the Villanova box office at 610-519-4100.
New for 2022 and designed to increase safety for fans entering Villanova Stadium and other sporting venues, Villanova Athletics has transitioned exclusively to digital ticketing for all ticketed sporting events. Mobile ticketing offers a more streamlined and simple approach for fans while enabling contactless transactions at the entrance to sports venues.
It is strongly recommended that all fans attending a paid sporting event, including season ticket holders and single match ticket holders, download the Villanova Athletics mobile app to facilitate the mobile ticketing process. Single match ticket holders are already familiar with mobile ticket delivery and season ticket holders will now also have this transaction method applied to their accounts. Subscription holders will have access to an enhanced online account manager that enhances user experience and provides a self-service experience. Ticket holders will also be able to upload tickets to their digital wallet as well as forward tickets to multiple recipients via SMS or email.
All bags will be checked during home games at Villanova Stadium. Bag size should not be larger than a backpack (12″x6″12″).
All general parking for home lacrosse games will be in the I-1 garage, no tailgating is permitted in the garage. Tailgate parking is only permitted in lot A-2, and one-game parking passes are on sale for $20 per vehicle. A2 Single Play Parking can be purchased online or cash on the day. All lots will open three hours prior to puck drop.

Food concessions and liquor sales at Villanova Stadium
There will be a liquor outlet at Villanova Stadium in the east area of the Main Concession. Purchased alcohol can be brought into stadium seating areas and is no longer confined to a restricted area. Returning for another season, a full menu of fresh food options prepared on-site by Spectra. Cash and debit/credit cards will be accepted for alcohol sales.
New this season Chickie and Pete’s will be available at the concession location along with a variety of other food items. All forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards and Nova Bucks will be accepted for payment.
Digital Gameday program:
Once again this season, Villanova’s men’s lacrosse game day program has gone digital! The program will be available for free download each week on matchday on Villanova.com and the Villanova Athletics mobile app.
