Low clouds and warming temperatures are expected along the central coast this evening.
Low cloud overnight until morning and scattered fog will affect the coasts south of Pt Conception with more cloud cover north of Pt Conception. There will be a warming trend each day until Thursday when we will see above normal afternoon highs. Temperatures above normal will then change little and will persist until early next week.
There is a potential for gusty Sundowner winds in southern Santa Barbara County. There will likely be sub-advisor level northerly winds between the Refugio and Gaviota areas this evening. Wednesday evening / Thursday morning, the models increase gradients to a point where low advisory winds are likely with even some winds around the Montecito area late Wednesday evening.
Tonight in San Luis Obispo County, expect to see areas of low cloud and fog with lows in the 40’s to mid-50’s.
Tomorrow in San Luis Obispo County, expect to see low clouds and fog in the morning, then sunny skies later in the day. Highs will range from the 1960s on beaches to the mid-1970s to mid-1980s inland with afternoon westerly winds of around 15mph.
Tonight and overnight in Santa Barbara County the weather will be generally clear except for a few scattered low clouds and fog along the beaches after midnight. Stockings in the lower 60s. Westerly winds are expected to be around 15 mph in the evening.
Tomorrow in Santa Barbara County the weather will be mostly sunny except for a few scattered low clouds and fog in the morning. Peaks will range from mid to upper 70s on beaches to mid 80s to lower 90s inland. Winds southwest around 15 mph in the afternoon.
