MIAMI – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Customers want our tasty, juicy, hand-breaded, flame-grilled food every day, and we’re committed to keeping the real food promise – that’s why we’ve permanently banned 120 artificial ingredients and from our nationwide food menu. We firmly believe that real food doesn’t have to compromise on taste, so there has been no compromise on the authenticity of every crunch, sizzle and Mmmm that our customers expect from their BK favorites.

Our journey to real food began years ago as a long-term commitment to removing colors, flavors and preservatives from man-made sources, wherever possible, from every burger we flame, from every chicken we hand bread and every BK bite the guests crave. . Today we have taken another step forward on this journey with a bold new commitment to have your way.® – the REAL way.

“We know that our customers’ expectations are changing and that they want to make choices that appeal to them,” said Ellie Doty, Director of Marketing, Burger King North America. “By banning these 120 ingredients from our diet, we are offering our customers an easy choice: delicious meals prepared with quality ingredients. We are confident that our continued commitment to real food will not only provide customers with the food they crave, but also set a standard for the entire industry.

And with food so real, we had to use real names. We’ve invited celebrities to get real with us by having them hand-select foods from our Real Menu to create meals worthy of their real name – Keep It Real Meals.

  • The Cornell Haynes Jr aka NELLY Meal – the classic flame-grilled Whopper® topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo and ketchup, small fries and a small Sprite. So hot here …
  • Larissa Machado alias Anitta’s meal – the Impossible ™ Whopper with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mustard, small fries and a small Sprite. It’s just what I like …
  • The Chase Hudson alias LILHUDDY meal – a hand-breaded Spicy Ch’King ™ with cheese, 4 mozzarella sticks and a 16oz chocolate milkshake. This is my missing piece …
